Our first few years, here, on the Tn. farm were almost unbearable because of the losses. But that’s what a farm teaches you, and the animals are so sweet..especially the hens and goats. We’ve been here about 8 yrs now and still love it..although the breeding of show/milk goats has just become a pet goat operation and we don’t grow any animals for food any longer. But we still have the chicken coop..and we love the fresh eggs. I love your writing..have missed it! Hugs!

What a lovely ‘feel-good’ sense of accomplishment you have accomplished with your “Biggest-Little Farm”, and your new friends in NC. A fabulous experience for the grands too (they are beautiful)!
