Dear Jude, We have never met and yet are bonded by the same disease. I remember coming across you early in my journey, as we both had surgery around the same time. I remember learning of your blog and grabbing hold of each word you wrote and feeling such encouragement. While your story is different, your attitide reminds me so much of my husband, Kent Lindsey, and his attitude toward adneocarcinoma that showed up one day on his left lung. Your graceful, positive outlook is strong and inspiring. How many of us on any given day don’t take time to take that short trip or practice Gratitude.
